Museum Volunteer Training: Minimizing Learning Barriers by Utilizing Universal Design for Learning in Training Development.
The purpose of this research is to explore if minimizing learning barriers by using Universal Design for Learning (UDL) methods could improve volunteer training. UDL methods focus on creating instruction that develops learning environments that are flexible and aim to accommodate individual learning needs
